Shipping and Delivery

Within Australia

We ship from Eumundi using Australia Post. When you place an order, we will be in contact to estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s) and your location. Typically, if your item(s) are available, shipping will take between 3-5 business days. Delivery times may take longer in certain locations and we cannot take responsibility for delayed items. We will be in contact throughout the process in any event. Alternatively, you can purchase express post and the item should get to you within 1-2 business days.

Overseas

Overseas, we mail to all locations using Australia Post (Airmail). The cost of the shipping is calculated by Australia Post based on the location and weight. Once you go through the check out, the calculated price will show up prior to your purchase. The weight of any item(s) can be found in each of the products pages. To reflect the policy of Australia Post, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. When you place an order, we will be in contact to estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping options you choose. Typically, shipping will take between 3-10 business days based on availability of product and the overseas location. Delivery times may take longer in certain locations and we cannot take responsibility for delayed item(s). We will be in contact throughout the process in any event. 

 

General Shipping Policy

Make sure to provide us accurate delivery details as we will not accept responsibility for an incorrect delivery due to incorrect details being provided by you. If your parcel needs to be redelivered or redirected, you will incur additional charges.

If the parcel is left at the wrong address we will not be able to recover the parcel so a new order will need to be placed by you, incurring full replacement costs.

Furthermore Topshow will not accept responsibility for returned parcels due to:

  • Left address/unknown
  • invalid address
  • Refused
  • Unclaimed i.e. absent from your premises for an extended period of time
  • Not located at address provided

If your order is returned for any of the aforementioned reasons, Topshow will issue you with a store credit or refund to the value of your order not including any shipping & handling costs associated with your order.
