We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.
Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

The very best hats
This is officially my fourth Topshow hat and I would not shop anywhere else. Exceptionally well made and fits my big head and thick hair perfectly. I wear my ponytail hat in the pool for aqua classes and it gives sun protection and stays on in winds. I love my ponytail hat.

great sun protection for people with ponytails
I LOVE these hats and have been wearing them for years. I originally bought one at the Sydney Easter Show and was very happy to find them on line at Topshow. The rim is wide and offers true protection from the sun. I also like that the hat is foldable when travelling.
The gorgeous colours available are the icing on the cake. -
Worth every cent!
I bought my black Noosa Hat from the Melbourne Flower Show and it has been the best hat I have had. I bought a pink and purple Reversible Ponytail Hat for my daughter and she loves it and I love that she is protected from the sun and I don't have to remind her to put her hat on because she always has it on.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
