We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.
Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

I love the Noosa hat.
I love the Noosa hat. I bought 2 in the same size - 1 cherry and 1 black. The cherry one fits perfectly - I love it. But the black one is baggy, I doubt I'll wear it. I didn't send it back because of the postage cost and the possibility that the replacement will be baggy too.

I love my Noosa hat. It goes everywhere with me when I travel. It lacks well in my suitcase then falls into shape easily. This is my second hat. IĊ¸??ve bought other hats but always come back to the Noosa hat. Versatile and extremely comfortable with great sun protection

Love it!
This is my second Noosa hat and I haven't found anything to match it! I love the wider brim for sun protection and the fact that the hat folds so well for travel. Easily fits into my backpack and doesn't at all have that squashed look when taken out! These are such fantastic hats!

Repeat.
I find my wide brimmed Top hats effective, stylish, well made and very practical, particular for travelling. You can fold or in my case, scrunch the hat into your small bag and pull it out when you need it. It holds its integrity and can be reshaped to suit the activities your doing. ie. wide brim all round, curved up all round or up at the front only when taking photos or for more seeing capacity. The only trouble I have with them is deciding which colour I want.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
