We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.
Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

Fabulous hat!!
This is actually the second broad brimmed Noosa Hat I have owned. I loved the other one so much I just had to purchase it again when the original wore out. It is truly comfortable , on my big head, (never feels heavy on the head),does not blow off easily with a wind, and the wide brim keeps the sun off my face very well. And I love the bright colours it comes in. Please keep on making such a great product!!!

I'd love to have more colour choices for the wide brim Top Show Noosa hat. The light denim upper/white under Top Show Noosa hat that I bought 15 years ago is wearing out (and is being worn in the garden). I'd like a hot pink one. The wide brim Noosa hat is Australia's best sun hat.

The Noosa Classic Hats are fabulous. Every time I wear one people ask where I purchased it from. I have continued to buy them year after year. The quality is always excellent with good fabric and just the right level of stiffness in the brim. With just the right flattering brim width too to provide effective yet stylish protection. I have 6 of these hats.I first bought one over 20 years ago.I recently bought 2 more.Great colours.Great broad brimmed hats for the Australian sun.Throw them in your backpack, bag, boot of your car.And they will always look great on your head.Plus, they wash well in the washing machine, and donŸ??t need ironing. These are the perfect hat for the Australian sun. Be protected. And, look great!
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
