We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.
Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

Wide brim hat
Absolutely love this hat.....it is the second one that I have purchased, however there has been about 4 years between them.....the first one never wore out! It was also black and I would still be wearing it as a good hat except that with all the washing over the years it has faded to a grey! It is now my work hat! Cannot recommend your hats enough. :grinning::grinning::grinning:

This is probably the six sun hat that I have purchased from Topshow over the last 15 year and yes they are for me, perfect! I have a small head and so find it hard to simply buy 'off the shelf ' a hat that fits securely. The extra small size works really well for me and the brim width provides good cover under our harsh Australian sun,without obscuring my view. I also travel fairly frequently and these hats are ideal companions...they do not require special treatment, are of great quality and always look stylishŸ?í I just fold it up and pop it either in my suitcase or my handbag. So, as I said they are a perfect wardrobe essential! Thank you for a fantastic, truely Australian product!

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
