We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.
Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

Noosa hat
Noosa hat is the best hat I have ever had. My new one is my 2nd.It fits well,stays on well packs well and washes easily .I just put mine in the washing machine !My first Noosa hat is still good and I have been wearing it nearly every day for 3 years. I will probably buy another soon just so I can have a change of colour.

Noosa Hat
This is my fifth Noosa Hat. I like them because I can get them in my small head size, they have wide brims to give very good sun protection and they can be washed in the washing machine.The online service is excellent.

Back for my 3rd one
These are the best hats ever!Discovered my 1st one at amarket somewhere in the early 2000's. When it wore out convinced the boss of where I worked to stock them so I could buy another. And now have just taken possession of a new one. Please never stop making them!

I hate wearing hats but now I HAVE to. IŸ??m quite short so got both the wide brim natural and a patterned narrower brim. I love them both. Excellent service and beautiful quality.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
