Topshow presents the Noosa Hat made with navy cotton. Using only high quality cotton, it looks great and will last for years.

We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.

Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

    I bought my first Topshow hat from 'The Springtime Festival' at Kariong many years ago.... This hat has now been relegated to gardening. My new hat arrived yesterday and I absolutely love it. Fits perfectly and looks very smart.

    Love Noosa hats, and already had a red wide brim in medium, which was slightly too large for wind. So I ordered a small and was a bit disappointed to find that the crown was much shorter. Would have liked the same dimensions as my medium hat, just with a smaller circumference. I still love it, though. These hats are such good quality.

    I’ve bought two hats recently - measured to get the right size. This hat is the better style for me but the sizing runs a bit small. Luck I sized up, as it’s a firm fit. I hope it won’t shrink if washed.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
