We make stock each week for our local market so often we will have the hat ready. However, sometimes, we will have to make the hat to order, depending on availability. Typically, we can send the hat out within 3 business days, even if made to order. If there are any delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Washing instructions: Cold hand wash or in lingerie bag for machine mash. If you have any stains, just pre-spray before washing. Once washed, the hat can be spun dry, pushed back into shape and then hung in the shade using the linen label: just pull out the lining and hang by the tag.
Have a look at our size chart below for sizing. To determine your head size, simply measure your head using a tape measure around your head, above the ears, and as far down the forehead where you want the hat to sit. If you prefer it looser or if you wear your hair up, you can order the size up.

Favourite Hat
I have just purchased my second Noosa Hat as the first one is looking a little worse for wear after several years of daily wear. It goes everywhere with me, in the garden, in the car, walking and on hiking holidays. It provides excellent shade and doesn't mind being squashed. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous hat for a fabulous wedding.
I wish I could enclose a photo of me wearing the hat at our grandsons wedding. I felt very special as I wore the hat all day. It was so comfortable and I was able to pack it up to take back to the UK and it still looks as lovely as the day I wore it to the wedding. It is the third hat I have bought from you and recommend them to all of my friends. I belong to a local Red Hat Society so I am thinking of buying a red one now but will have to wait until I am next in Australia or New Zealand as the cost of posting is too much to the UK. Thank you so much for making such lovely hats, I just love them.

Wonderful Hats
Four years ago I purchased my first Topshow hat at the Nambour Garden Expo. It was more expensive they I expected to pay BUT it has been a wonderful hat. So I decided to buy two more of these hats. I could not have been happier.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
